Hello Lions Families, 

We are excited to announce that we are transitioning from Big Teams to Arbiter for all athletic registrations. 

Please use the registration link above to register your student athlete for any upcoming sports they are interested in participating in. (arbitersports.com) 

If your student needs a new physical, I have also attached the UIL Physical Form for your convenience.  A current physical is required before participating in athletics.

To get started: 

1. 1. Click on “Arbiter Registration” above or type in the URL above. 

2. 2. Select Login in the top-right corner. 

3. 3. Click “For Families/Students”. 

4. 4. Create Account if you have not already. 

5. 5. Search for Great Hearts Monte Vista North and select Texas. 

6. 6. Select either High School OR Middle School Athletic Registration 26-27. 

7. 7. Select all sports that your athlete is interested in. 

8. 8. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process. 

Steps to Add Multiple Siblings 

• • DO NOT create separate accounts to add multiple siblings to your single Arbiter Registration family account.  

• • Instead, log in to your existing parent/guardian account. Once you sign in, the page should be the same as step 5, above. If not, find and click the “Dashboard” Tab.  

• • Search for Great Hearts Monte Vista North or click “Great Hearts Monte Vista – North” just under the search bar. 

• • Select either High School or Middle School Athletic Registration. Select all sports that your athlete is interested in. 

• • Select New Participant when asked to choose a participant for the form. 

• • Complete and submit the registration form; the system will automatically save this sibling to your profile Family Members list for future programs.
